“ This was just a quick stop on our way to a holiday party. However, I wish we would have stayed longer. A co-worker always bragged about Sherbrooke's whiskey and had to get us here during our 3day visit to Canada. He was right! There list of drinks is amazing and the prices are good. My two friends drank aged whiskey that was older than everyone at the table and I ordered an amazing mixed cocktail. I simply shot in the dark since their menu is in French but I hit the head on the nail with this perfect drink! I will return here everytime I visit. ”

“ Visited on September 25, 2019, in the afternoon at the opening. Located on the highest point in downtown Sherbrooke, the entry however is located next to the parking lot via Alexandre St or Gillespie St. Last time I was in Sherbrooke was in 2010, that place was way off my radar, I'm not even sure if this was a good beer bar, well it is. A mix of pub and high class bar, not big by the looks of it but there are several section including a pool room, a second floor with a terrasse. About 30 beers on tap, more than 20 are rotating and for the most part quite interesting, I had the Bas-Canada Substance, it's a freaking vanilla chocolate cake with coconut. An impressive bottle menu, and they sometimes tap takeovers and rare bottle events, they even have a beer cellar. If your with someone who is not in to beer, this is a great cocktail bar, food wise however is quite limited. Great service, quite meticulous. A major beer destination in the Eastern Townships! ”

“ This was a great place to come have some drinks and relax after the eclipse. Even though we didn’t speak French we were instantly welcomed by Major, super friendly guy who took care of us all evening. He even gave us a tour of the whole place. Incredible drink selection. Food was so good, we didn’t even need to go boxes. A huge hot spot for locals. They’re open until 3am! A must see if you are ever in the area! ”

“ I attended King Hall right after Festibiere Sherbrooke. What an amazing place! I felt like a kid in a candy shop in their beer cellar. The staff are super helpful, and the cocktails are delicious as well. But beware slow service on weekend nights, and remember to order at the bar, because it's unlikely that the servers will come to you. ”
